Waldorf Astoria Cancun

This hotel is a must visit in Cancun. The service was excellent and the rooms are beautiful. We decided to spend 3 nights at this gorgeous hotel to relax before we headed to Tulum for another 3 days and back to a more buzzy area of Cancun for 9 nights. The food at this hotel is one of the best in Cancun. You need to try Malpeque restaurant at the hotel for dinner, the cauliflower is to die for. JAO and Chaya are also very nice restaurants within the hotel. The pool side staff are very attentive and they offer all sorts of nibbles (Water melon etc). They also offer to clean your sunglasses at the pool side which I found very useful. JAO and Chaya restaurants were very nice. Everything at the hotel was very clean. The ocean view was amazing and the hotel smells fresh. The hotel is not in the busy area of Cancun but its worth every penny. You can also use the hotels golf car for free to go to the Hilton hotel to see a make shift Aladdin. The hotel staff are the best assets they have, customer service is 10/10.
